Amenity Share:
We do not sell or rent amenities to the public in the garden directly to anyone under any circumstances, so please do not ask. However, we do offer amenity shares. Under an amenity share agreement, a person may buy an ownership interest in an amenity in our garden; the amenities are kept at our private garden; and the buyer pays a regular boarding fee to the maintainers in exchange for the maintainers taking care of, tending to and providing service to the amenities, and providing a share of the use commensurate with the buyer's investment. Amenity boarding agreements that comport with California contract law are legally recognized. Amenity boarding contracts are private agreements between individuals who collectively own the an item in a particular private space and the maintainers are hired to manage said items. When you purchase shares in a amenity and sign a boarding contract to pay for the care and management of your portion of the amenity, you are entitled to receive a corresponding amount of the amenities use, depending on seasonal availability. Buying into a amenity should not be done casually and requires an ongoing commitment to the maintenance, the maintainers are hired to manage the amenity and the other shareholders.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maitreya Healing Retreat's services and facilities. By booking, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

We provide spa services including massage therapy, private hot tub sessions, garden bathhouse access, and related amenities at our location at 702 Water St, Santa Cruz, CA.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

- Appointments may be booked by phone, online, or in person.

- Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

- Pass packages are non-refundable but never expire and may be shared with friends.

- Memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled with 30 days written notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are full credit or refund.

- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a service fee.

- No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

SMS MESSAGING

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointments (confirmations, reminders, cancellations). Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

CONDUCT

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Maitreya reserves the right to refuse service.

LIABILITY

Spa services involve inherent risks. By participating, you assume responsibility for your own health and safety. Notify staff of any medical conditions before treatment.
